If you have not used your subscription since purchase, you may be eligible for a refund within 30 days of the purchase date. Please note that any refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please note that we reserve the right to deny a refund request if it is determined that the subscription has been used or if you have been banned for violating our terms of service. As a subscriber, you are responsible for adhering to our terms of service and any violations will result in a forfeiture of your right to a refund.
